Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA)
If your court case has been denied by the immigration judge, you have the right to file an appeal/appeals with the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). When you file an appeal, remember that you can only make arguments based on the evidence and that were presented before the immigration judge.
